Refund & Return Policy
1. Returns
Due to the nature of herbal and consumable products, returns are not accepted once the
product is opened or used.

 

2. Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
with photos or videos as proof.

 

3. Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment
method.

 

4. Non-Refundable Items
Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for refund.

 

5. Cancellation
Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.
